Delete your Weamoro account.

The fastest way: in the app

Open Weamoro, go to Settings, then Delete my account (at the very bottom). Type the word asked, and confirm. It starts at once.

Without the app

Write to support@sidaroq.com with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address, or tell us the phone number, you use to sign in to Weamoro, so we know it is your account.

If we cannot tell that the account is yours (for example if you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email), we ask you for one more step to confirm it before we delete anything.

We complete your request without undue delay, and within one month at most, and we tell you when it is done.

What we delete

• Your account: your email or phone number, your sign-in ids.
• Your profile, and everything Weamoro learned about you: your answers, your personality, your tastes.
• Your drafts, your private notes and your private answers.
• Your side of the journal, your photos, videos and voice notes.
• Your messages and calls in your shared space, with their sound, text and readings.
• What you added to the private album, on both phones.

What stays, and why

• Your partner's own side. Your partner keeps what is theirs: their profile, their side of the journal, what they added. They are told gently that your shared space closed, never why.
• Records the law makes us keep. Purchase records, kept only as long as the law requires, with no content from your couple.
• Proof of your consents and of the deletion, kept only as long as needed to show we followed the law.
• Usage counts with no link to you. Pseudonymous numbers, like how many calls happened in a day. They cannot point back to you.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it first in your store account:

• iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Weamoro.
• Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Weamoro.

Only want a break?

You do not have to delete everything. In Settings you can take a pause, end your couple and keep your own Weamoro profile, or download a copy of your data first.
