Weamoro Terms of Use.

The rules for using Weamoro, and how subscriptions work.

Last updated 26 October 2026.

The short version

1. About these terms

These terms are a contract between you and Sidaroq Inc., a Delaware corporation, 8 The Green Ste B, Dover, DE 19901, United States ("Sidaroq", "we", "us").

By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Weamoro.

If you live in the EU or the UK, you keep every right your consumer law gives you. Nothing here takes them away.

2. What Weamoro is

Weamoro is an app where a couple builds their relationship, made first for couples who live apart. It includes:

Weamoro talks with the two of you in your shared chat. There is no private chat between one of you and the AI.

Weamoro is not a dating app, not a social network and not a tool to find or follow anyone.

3. Your account and your couple

4. Subscriptions

5. Calls and recording

6. Rules of use

Weamoro is built for love, trust and respect. You agree that you will not:

If you break these rules, we may limit, suspend or close your account. When we can, we tell you first and explain why.

7. The private album

The private album holds what the two of you keep only between you. It opens with Face ID or a code. Screenshots and screen recordings are blocked or detected.

Each try to capture it is counted. You are warned after each try and told how many are left. On the fourth try, your partner is told, and one more try can suspend your account. On Android a blocked capture cannot always be counted.

No app can stop a photo taken with a second phone. Taking or sharing such a photo without consent can be a crime.

Each of you can delete what you added. After a breakup, each takes back or deletes their own pictures, and the other's access ends.

8. Your content

9. Cinema links

Weamoro hosts no films. Cinema shows the video links you add yourselves (for example YouTube or Google Drive) and plays them for the two of you together. We do not see, choose or check what you add.

Add only links you have the right to watch and share. The sites behind your links apply their own terms. If you think a link in Weamoro breaks your rights, write to support@sidaroq.com.

10. The AI

11. Our app and our rights

Weamoro, its design, code, drawings, name and logos belong to Sidaroq or its licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Weamoro on devices you own or control, for your own private use, while you follow these terms.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without paying you.

12. Ending your use

13. No guarantees

We work hard to keep Weamoro running and safe, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that the AI will always be right. This section does not limit rights you have by law as a consumer.

14. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Sidaroq is not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or injury caused by negligence, fraud, or, for EU and UK consumers, what consumer law protects.

15. Law and disputes

If you have a problem with Weamoro, write to us first at support@sidaroq.com and we will try to solve it with you. If you live in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the law and the courts of your home country.

16. Apple and Google

If you got Weamoro from the App Store:

If you got Weamoro from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply to your purchase.

17. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we tell you in the app before it applies. If you do not agree, you can stop and delete your account before then.
