Weamoro Privacy Policy.

What Weamoro collects, why, and the choices you keep. Written in plain words.

Last updated 26 October 2026.

The short version

1. Who we are

Weamoro is run by Sidaroq Inc., a Delaware corporation, 8 The Green Ste B, Dover, DE 19901, United States ("Sidaroq", "we", "us"). Email: support@sidaroq.com.

For the data described here, Sidaroq Inc. is the controller.

2. Who can use Weamoro

Weamoro is for adults only. You must be 18 or older. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we close it and delete their data.

3. What we collect

Your account

What you share in your couple space

Calls

For every call: when it started, how long it lasted, its quality, who called.

If you said yes to "Remember our calls" (this is about your own voice; your partner answers for theirs):

If you said no, your voice is never recorded, never turned into text and never read by the AI, even when your partner said yes and their own voice is kept. Each voice is recorded from its own phone. If your partner's phone picks up your voice, for example on speaker, your words are removed from the text and the AI does not read them. Whenever a voice is recorded, both of you see a red dot and the word "REC" on the call screen, and you can tap it to see whose voice is kept.

In a video call, the AI uses the sound only. It never sees your faces or what you show.

What Weamoro learns about you

Voice dictation

When you speak instead of typing, the short recording is turned into text. The recording is deleted once you accept the text. Only the text is kept, like typed text.

How you use the app

This usage data carries a pseudonymous id, never your name or the content of your messages.

Purchases

Your plan, who pays, the renewal date and the store receipt. Apple or Google take your payment. We never see your card number.

Your choices and messages to us

Location

We use your time zone and the cities you put in your plans and reunions, for example to show your partner's local time and to pick a good hour for the Night question.

Private album protection

If someone tries to take a screenshot or a screen recording in the private album, the app counts the try. After the fourth try, your partner is told and the account can be suspended (see the Terms of Use).

4. Sensitive data

A couple app touches the most private parts of a life. Some of what you share, or what Weamoro learns, can reveal your sex life or sexual orientation, your religious or philosophical beliefs, or your health. Under the GDPR these are "special categories" of data (Article 9). Data that reveals these things indirectly, by inference, counts too.

We process this data only with your explicit consent. You give it with a clear tap, on a screen that says what it is for. You can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it (see section 10). Withdrawing does not make past processing unlawful.

The AI consent is not a condition of using Weamoro. If you tap "Not now" at sign-up, the AI features stay off and the rest of the app works: chat, calls, your journal with your partner. You can say yes later, or take the AI yes back, in Settings, AI and listening.

5. Why we use your data, and on what legal basis

6. What your partner sees, and what they never see

Weamoro is built so that you discover each other gently, through the app, not by reading each other's private answers.

Shared with your partner:

Never shown to your partner:

Weamoro never singles out a private desire of one of you to the other. It never talks about your couple to anyone else.

7. Who receives your data

We share data only with the services that run Weamoro for us, and only what each one needs.

When you play a YouTube or other link in Cinema, that site receives data from your device under its own policy.

We may also share data if the law requires it, to protect someone's life or safety, or if Sidaroq is sold or merges (you would be told first).

We never sell your data. We never rent it. We never share it for advertising. We put no advertising or tracking tools in the app, and we do not link your data with other companies' data.

8. Data outside your country

Sidaroq is a US company, and some of our providers work in the USA, so your data may be processed outside your country. You can write to support@sidaroq.com to ask which safeguards apply to these transfers.

9. How long we keep your data

10. Your choices and your rights

In the app (Settings):

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

Write to support@sidaroq.com. We answer within one month. We may ask you to prove it is your account.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the CNIL in France, the ICO in the UK, or the authority where you live.

Your partner's rights. A call or a chat is shared by two people. When you ask for a copy, you get your own data and what you shared together, never what was private to your partner.

Users in the USA. We do not sell or "share" personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

11. Pause, breakup, and deleting your account

Take a pause. Nothing is lost, no reminders, back in one tap.

End our couple. Either of you can end the couple alone. Your partner is told gently in their app, never why. Then each of you chooses, for yourself:

Nothing is kept unless you choose it.

In the private album, each of you can delete what you added, on both phones. After a breakup, each takes back or deletes their own pictures, and the other's access ends.

Delete your account. Settings, Delete my account. You confirm, and it starts at once. This deletes your profile, everything Weamoro learned about you, your drafts and private answers, your side of the journal, your photos and voice notes, and your messages and calls in your shared space. Your partner keeps their own side and is told gently, never why. Pseudonymous usage counts with no link to you may stay.

You can also ask for deletion without the app, on our account deletion page or by writing to support@sidaroq.com.

Deleting your account or the app does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it in your store account.

12. How we protect your data

13. AI

When Weamoro writes to you, you are talking with an AI, not a person. The tone of your voice on remembered calls is read by AI, which guesses feelings like joy, sadness or anger (emotion recognition, EU AI Act Article 50). These readings are guesses, never facts, and they can be wrong. Read more in AI and your data.

14. Changes

If we change this policy in an important way, we tell you in the app before it applies, and we ask again when a new consent is needed. The date at the top shows the last change.
